I have 4.3 Gb free space on a 12 Gb disk - yet I keep getting
messages that I am low on disk space!
This is my C Drive and I try to install everything on a different
(and much larger) drive but some programs insist in installing
themselves on C - is there any way to change that when no option is
given to install elsewhere?
I'm not talking about Windows progs. I'd like to confine C to
Windows, Anti-virus and Firewall if possible but (for example) I'd
like to have MS Office, Quick Time and others installed elsewhere -
but there doesn't seem to be an option to do this. I appreciate they
may have to write a small amount to the Registry, but I'd like the
bulk put clear of all "engine room" stuff.
Comments welcome.
