The only outline for this I've received is that the user should just be able

Many thanks in advance
www.etomite.org It's the *only* cms that I will suggest to anyone.
I've tried about a dozen of them and it's got all that I've ever
tried beat hands down. It's very lightweight, easy peasy install,
many many many addons (called snippets) and very versatile. I have
two sites that I'm working on in this right now and one other that's
been done for awhile and when I can finally redo my own site I will
probably use it for that. Mambo/Joomla has some great stuff, but I
tell ya - it's pretty close to impossible for me to wrap my head
around it's navigation system. Plus, it's huge and for many sites
(that I do anyway) is overkill. The help when you need it at Etomite
is top notch, can't beat it from my experience. In Etomite, you make
your *own* template (or use theirs) and just drop in the snippets
where you want them.
