I had a similar problem with a Perl script a while ago. I almost went
totally bald pulling my hair out trying to figure out the problem only
to find that I had to upload the Perl script from their web interface -
uploading it via my FTP didn't work. I don't know why, but maybe that
is part of the problem. Can you tell us which host you are using?
