Has anyone had any experience with using online petitions?
I've been asked to look into this for one of the UK groups who are frothing at the mouth over banks' penalty charges. Needless to say they don't actually have any money to pay for this,and I was trapped into saying I'd look at it at a weak moment while not feeling too perky. I should have just let the answerphone click in, but you know what it's like... it just might be a paying client...
So what I'm looking for is recommendations for the 'best' of the free ones, particularly any where the filtering of 'queen victoria' or 'donald duck' is possible
