Win 2K Pro, IE 6, FireFox, Mozilla (SeaMonkey) - no display problems 
- the only thing off that I noticed was the bottom frame with the scroll 
bars even w my res at 1024x768 maybe set that frames SCROLL 
attribute to NO... otherwise everything displays just right
