A client has been approached by a large company who wants to advertise on his site. Neither of us has any experience with this. Are there any good online sites that I can go to, to get a crash education? My client was sent a form to fill out, and we're not sure about how to fill out a good portion of it. He also doesn't know what to base ad rates on. Is there a good article on this somewhere?
