Do you have the $5 figure hard coded somewhere? Is it a minimum shipping figure or something like that?

It seemed to work fine but I found out that if people just clicked "Return to Cart" the shipping was calculated as on the $5. I changed the script so that the "Return to Cart" button would not work unless they had chosen a state. All worked fine but I just got a call from the client saying that the shipping is coming out to $5 again. I checked the script and it is unchanged, so I am not sure how this is happening. Any ideas??
