It doesn't matter what editor you use, it simply requires asp on the server. Spooky is the tech guy for one of the bigger frontpage forums so naturally he gets a lot of FrontPage users buying it but like Content Seed (a good cms) there maybe some FrontPage integration but essentially that's an extra not a requirement.
