Hi all,

I was wondering what that thing is called that they use on amazon.com
when you mouseover the "See all 34 product categories" - the window that
appears. I would like to try and emulate that on another site.

Thanks,
Riva

Looks to be javascript popover. Disable your javascript and it vanishes.

The page popped is
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/subst/home/all-stores.html/002-1250673-5529639.

I've no idea what the meaning of the reference number after the page
(all-stores.html) is.

The popover doesn't seem to work at all in Opera9x. Wonder if that has
anything to do with the thumbnail previews.
