Don't bother with the dedicated server option as Mark's already said - if
you don't support it yourself it'll cost a fortune.
I personally would recommend 34sp.com despite the little niggle I had with
them recently. Have a look at their reseller package and see what you think.
As I'm based in the UK I've yet to find anybody that can touch these guys
for reliability and cost.
