How do I get the person to fill in the form and pay without leaving the site and going to Paypal OR how do I get the form to Submit at the same time as the person goes to pay with Paypal? Does this make sense?

Hi Riva,

I don't believe what your asking ref not leaving the can be done. PayPal is the payment processor thus the transaction must take place on their secure server. If you had it on the client's host, you'd need SSL, merchant account, payment processor, perhaps a gateway etc .... translation $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and the hassles and security risks that go w/it. Does your client *really* want to be responsible for holding cc #'s on their site? I know I don't.

You might want to check out www.mals-e.com as there is alot of great info there. PayPal's cart is a nightmare to set up, I tried it twice and I'll never use it again unless they change it drastically. Their Buy Now buttons work great but for a cart - you have to customize wayyyyyyyyyy to many things to have a real cart in my opinion. There's also www.2checkout.com but they're fees are higher and their distribution of funds is in my opinion - only for those who can afford to wait to get their money. Sometimes 2 weeks or a full month depending on the date of the transaction and how long it takes them to verify it.

As for the duplicate submit, as I recall you need a special script that will do this. So my suggestion is to hunt down the script (try www.hotscripts.com maybe?) - be it cgi or php and set that up.
