Make the call. Let them know that you are relaying the message, you're
telling them what you were told to tell them. Don't argue with them,
simply let them know that your boss wants to cancel the account. The
company will do what it needs to, and will do it regarding your boss.
Aside from simply relaying the message, this has nothing to do with you.
I would also not give them you name. This has nothing to do with
you, they don't need it.
