The URL is http://www.starqualitydesigns.com/portman - it is in the very early stages, doesn't work properly in FF and will probably look totally different in the end, but that is it so far.
It looks the same here in FF and IE6 as the other links. I do think I'd do away w/that busy lined background, though. The nav needs to move up some as well.
