Ok thanks. I'll remove that site so it can't be found. Will it eventually get off that list or should I put a redirect to make sure people get to my site if they click it. I was thinking of just putting a custom error page that would redirect you when you hit it.

There is no pat answer, nor will a *reputable* SEO Specialist give you an guarantee of rankings. This is not something that happens overnight nor is there a quick "fix" for it. To many factors involved to just give you one answer and there is no one answer anyway. No one single thing to do. It's a combination of things that help a site move up IF it's going to move up. Some things we have no control over even on a well SEO'd site - competition is one for example. My suggestions are: either have the site SEO'd by a reputable SEO Specialist or start studying yourself if you want to do it yourself. There's a lot to learn.
