Ok - now I'm officially back with you all, can anyone comment on Joomla as a Content Management System? I've read good reports and it seems pretty straightforward after playing with it for an hour or so - but other opinions would be welcomed.
Although very popular and much liked w/some designers I know, it's not on my list of favorites. The big problem I had w/it is their navigation system. These CMS's are huge, and way overkill for any of my clients to date. I found www.etomite.org to be much easier to use all around. There's also a take-off of Etomite at: http://www.modxcms.com/ that I've heard some good things about but have never tried. Tech support and help via the boards at Etomite has always been excellent for me.
