Hi Riva - You're talking $3.99 versus $6.99 in plans - neither of which is expensive for a host. It's going to depend on what is on the site as to how much "traffic" it will take to reach the limit. If she is truly going to get a lot of traffic then it would probably put everyone at ease to just get the Deluxe plan to start.
More importantly, I'd do what it takes to get more than a "holder" page if she is going to be on TV. Nothing worse than spreading the word and pointing people to a site that is under construction!
