Hop on over to Hotscripts or some of the other
script sites ... you might find something there
and I'm guessing it would be a js that you
need. I don't know of anything personally,
though. I think I'd search on email, and maybe
email to form scripts? I don't think I have ever
even seen what I'm understanding you to be describing. Sorry!
