Good people of wdvl-talk you've helped a lot in the past....this is a
problem with backwards compatibility. Unfortunately, my client has an
old browser and is running Windows 98 and I *know* he must upgrade,
etc., but in the meantime, I just want to see if I can help him see
it properly without a huge amount of headaches.
I checked my work on old browsers and I need some help.
Here's what's happening:
http://www.browsercam.com/public.aspx?proj_id=356768 -- I wrote notes
on the page.
As you can see, IE 5 and 5.5 are not displaying most of anything
properly. As you can see by the notes on the url noted above, I
suspect I'm having issues with box model problems and float clears??
the style sheets are here:
http://www.crisafidesign.com/ICS/css/styles.css and
http://www.crisafidesign.com/ICS/css/menu.css (the lefthand menu is
an include).
I'm hoping that I'm just so tired I'm missing something obvious....
Any help you could offer would be GREATLY appreciated.
