I'm not sure I follow - the domain forwarding at resell.biz is set to
http://www.headofclassinc.com/cherie. I figured that if
headofclassinc.com (another domain they have at resell.biz) is forwarded
correctly, then headofclassinc.com/cherie would also be.
Where would I set up a virtual host - on the hosting account with
godaddy? I don't see much room for adjustments at resell.biz.

I'd recommend that you configure a webserver with a virtual host for
cherieinc.com that purely rewrites (HTTP CODE 301) from cherieinc.com
to the new
domain. If you're running IIS, then someone else here will help. If
you;re running Apache, it's trivial.
