As of 1:45am, Pacific Time, I count 49 messages from the list dated
the 24th. While that may be progress, the the bulk of them did not arrive
at my ISP till very late in the evening. One example was sent out at
11AM, and arrived at just after 10PM.
It almost seems like someone, having received yet another complaint,
walked over to the machine and kicked it rather late in the evening in
hopes of dislodging some remnants. ("sendmail -q &" repeated a few times
will often dislodge some messages.)
Things like this can really kill conversations on a list like ours.
