I probably missed most (though not all) of the referenced material, but it
seems to me that from what I saw, he was very careful to avoid naming M$
by name, saying stuff like "I can't say who it is for legal reasons" or
similar, then going on to make vague (or not so vague) references to evil
empires and such.  But I didn't see any names named anywhere.
