Is there any reliable way to pop out a Javascript window with no margins in
NN3? I've been dinking around with it unsuccessfully for days, even though
I know that I've seen them somewhere before.
If that can't be done, is it possible to make a frames page with *only* one
frame window the size that I want my marginless window to be?
Also, is there any way to specify the color of the border that appears in
an active frames window?
