There is an option in FrontPage that will let you insert your own .html,
javascript etc. and leave it untouched. Also, FP '98 has a built-in toggle
between WYSIWYG mode and .html view - so you can edit by hand.

Yes, it's included with FP '98. There is also a version you can download
for free from their site if you don't own FrontPage.
