Jack, I would say that this is just another development that illustrates
the inevitable convergence of voice and data services, and the move of
voice traffic onto packet switched networks. It certainly is fascinating to
watch. After behemoths like AT&T spent so much energy dismissing internet
telephony, now they're pushing it  :>)
