HARVARD PROF: JUDGES BLEW MICROSOFT DECISION Einer Elhauge, the Harvard law professor who wrote the legal standard that was central to the U.S. Appeals Court ruling in favor of Microsoft, says the judges misinterpreted his writings. Earlier this month, the judges overturned a lower court's preliminary injunction against Microsoft and said the software giant can tie its Web browser to its Windows operating system and force computer makers to ship the bundled products. Elhauge says, based on the standard, he would have reached the opposite conclusion. http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/zdnn_smgraph_display/0,3441,2116055,00.html 1 =============================== Kathy E.
