As far as I know, yes. By "FP server" you mean Personal Web Server, I
guess. There was an older server floating around from MS that was a little
more cumbersome to manage. FP 97 and 98 come w/ the new version.

If your C++ program is running on the server, then I guess it would use
local paths, \ for NT and / for UNIX. Your app needs to have permission to
write, of course.
