Sorry everyone for for posting the attachment.

A few days ago you guys offered to take a look at the page where I'm having a
problem with text placement, if the offer is still open go to
http://www.geocities.com/heartland/5303 . Each linked page will have the same
layout with fewer nav bars. I want the title(History of) centered to the right of
the scales in the justice image. I think the text should be in line with the first
nav bar.
