Kathy, I doubt that FP comes with Win98. Though perhaps the latest version
of IEv4 has some FP capabilities built in, just as Communicator includes
Netscape Composer for web authoring?
I suspect this incident occurred when web newbies using FP went to
"publish" (upload through FP) their pages and the ISPs web server was not
equipped to handle FP protocols (i.e., proprietary MS horseshit). This
would be a problem. I believe it is correct that you can't publish web
pages with FP unless the server has the FP extensions installed. Others no
doubt no more about this...
