Suzanne,
1. It appears that your image arrays point to images/
and your <img src= does not.
2. Remove the onmouseover and onmouseout from the
Text images (img1, img3, img5,img7).
(onMouseOver="imgAct('img1')" onMouseOut="imgInact('img1')")
You can also alter the image array. Once done, the problem appears solved.
