Yes.  As I understand it, they archive regularly--every thing they can 
get.  (You have to go to their site and read about how to keep their bot 
out of your site if you don't want it archived . . . personally feel that 
process ought to work in reverse  :P).  However, an archive, even a week 
old, is not going to replace a portal site.  Might be okay for mom and 
pop or personal pages, but the weekly content changes on CNN alone are 
enough to fill my hard drives  :p
