Where's the DOJ when you need them?
I suspect that happens with a lot of companies. I recently
purchased an HP 1175 Office jet printer (fabulous BTW) and had to
install their software. After doing so, three existing software
modules didn't work (dll stuff), and I had to re-install. PITA.
