Playing around this morning I found out that Netscape 4
users have the dubious honor of being able to view
animated backgrounds on web pages. Don't know if it works
on IE 4 or not. Since I don't use html for e-mail I hadn't
come across stationary before. But if you apply this to webpages
you can have:
http://www.pambytes.com/ani-test/test.html
It could be much more gaudy depending on how sick you
want your visitors to get:)
