    Well... the problem with that is that it might get too many of the
more programatically oriented to attempt to sway the odds by setting up
droids to run queries over and over again.  That's what happened when some
drawing contests rules allowed people unlimited entries.  The early home
computer folks ran tens of thousands of entries off on their home
computers for car drawings and some other prizes.  Made the news, and
rules were changed all over to return fairness to the game.
