This brings to mind my clients who were yelling at me last week about what
apparently was their ISP's misconfigured proxy server.

BTW, when I had my Charlotte NC ad agency, most of our work was for First
Union and other banks. I came to truly dread interaction with MBA clients.
MBA came to signify heaps of ignorance rolled into a ball of arrogance.
They were especially frightening when involved with marketing and creative,
since intuitive thinking is anathema to the analytical MBA-type managers
that I came in contact with. Most of them could go no deeper than, 'well,
if our market is middle class families, then every ad must show a picture
of a middle class family.' It got really sticky when I was in SF working
for a marketing company that does a lot of work for a mega fresh fruit
producer (think pineapple): it's really hard to portray a middle class
family in a politically correct manner, since few typical middle class
families have one white, one black, one Asian, and one Hispanic member.
