Remember the comics that had a small cartoon frame on the corner of each
page? You flip them, and see the animation. Did that with some mouse-overs
and a navigation bar. As you move the mouse across a part of the
navigation bar, you get a silly animation (of the earth developing). Move
the mouse slowly, and the animation is slow. Move the mouse quickly, and
the animation is faster. Haven't seen this elsewhere, though it might have

This is for fun only - no practical application as far as I know. Did it
just because it seemed like good idea after a bottle of oatmeal stout.
