You can all put your guns away... fingers of that hair trigger.
This is to do with me...
Don't forget that it is only just morning here... I've just woken up and
you're all in a flap.
About _6 months ago_ I subscribed a test list, x15, to the WC list via the
web form for a _short time_... I wanted some bulk email in the archives to
see how it went. Not long after I _unsubscribed_ it via the form. This was
all many months ago. No problems were experienced with the list. I long ago
deleted the WC messages from the archive.
I had at that time let anything in so those bounces would _not_ occur...
they didn't. X15 is a test list however, so one of the others I work with
may have changed it to stop outside messages.
These messages just started last night, out of the blue as far as I can
see. There are no other WC list messages in the archive except one from
me.. who is a member of x15. So it hasn't been going on for months then
changed last night.
Not wishing to be rude, but has the membership list of WC been "updated"
with old info last night?? No one in our group even knows about the WC list
so they didn't do it... I didn't do it. It was 6 months ago that I tested
it... briefly!.
If Al has unsubscribed x15... good, that should be the end of it. I've
stopped the bounces at my end just in case.
I apologise for this but as I have explained.. something else is rotten in
the state of Denmark.
thanks
Bruce
