Accidentally nuked yesterday's WC mail before getting around
to replying to various posts, so this is a kind of omnibus
reply based on my (usually faulty) memory:
(1) Jeez Jack, I warn't neither pickin' ma nose. I was, um...
leaning my head against my hand in a sort of Contemplative
Auteur Pose, ya know? :)
(2) Yeah Tamra, I guess I could have posted a shot of me
smiling, rather than grimacing or glaring or one of those G
words. But I didn't, so sue me :)
(3) Jack again... yeah, the main photo on my 'Where I Work'
page was indeed captured with my camcorder and Snappy thingy.
Pretty nice image, eh?
(4) Barry... well sure, a 21" monitor would be nice, but they
are still so bloody expensive that I just can't justify the
cost. My current monitor is indeed a 15", but with the high-
end ATI graphics card I have, I can get 24-bit colour up to
1280x1024. Small fonts get mighty squinty at that resolution,
of course. A new monitor is a few notches down on my wish-
list, beneath the 400mhz CPU and the 6 gig HD I want to get
first... so many toys, so little cash :)
(5) C'mon you mugs, I don't exactly see a flood of photos
overflowing my mailbox yet. I guess they don't really have to
be "at work" photos, if such aren't readily available -- just
any old pic will do. Send them along to me and I'll be happy
to do up just a generic "WC Rogues' Gallery" sort of page...
