I have heard numerous complaints about attachments being recieved in a
damaged state when sent from an aol.com address, so you're not alone. Every
time I've had this problem occur we ended up using a non aol address to send
the attachment, so unfortunately I can't give you an answer.

There are many reasons that what you see in AOL may not match what you see
