I highly recommend purchasing the Graphic Artists Guild Handbook of Pricing
and Ethical Guidelines. It includes very good sample contracts which can be
adapted to your needs. It's available from www.gag.org or is often on the
shelf at Barnes & Noble and art supply stores.
