What are you looking for are stereograms.
Try to look on AltaVista or in any SW repository (eg. Tucows).
I'm sure you will find a LOT of free/shareware software.

My humble opinion follow:
If you get an headache each time you look at a stereogram on a 
piece of paper think how could be frustrating trying to percieve the 
3D effect on a monitor.
