Hi,
Can anyone recommend a "great" outlining tool for Windozer? Specifically, I
need something similar to the outline view in Word, which will allow me to
create an outline of a project like this:
Page name
fields one
field two
Page 2 name
fields one
field two
or
Database definitions
table 1
field A
field B
table 2
field A
field B
etc.
Proposed phase 2 elements
Customer service backend
Component A
element A
element B
Component B
element A
element B
Public front end
Component A
element A
element B
etc.
I would like to have very good control over how the outline can be printed.
For example, I'd like to collapse the outline to veiw only the first two
levels of the outline and have it print in an easily readable way, perhaps
applying bullets or other formatting to defined levels, like this:
Database definitions (in bold - 12 point)
table 1 (bold - 10 point)
field A (bulleted)
field B (bulleted)
etc.
I know you can use Word to define the formatting of levels, but it's, IMO,
poorly implemented and involves more hassle than it's worth.
Perhaps there's a good "Programmers outliner" that will do this?
