I ran my search engine stats early to see what happened. Clinton has
moved up from last week's

Rankings on impeach and resign are up, but within the noise levels,
at least in my opinion.

As to the polls, many of them are carefully worded to make sure their
sponsors get the answers they want -- are you satisfied with how Clinton
is doing his job? Do you think his actions are impeachable offenses?

Gee, the economy ain't that bad. Impeach? I don't know... I am not a
lawyer

NOT Would you vote for him again, do you think he should he resign, do you
think he should be impeached? Do you think he should remain in office?

Or even worse, Do you think Clinton represents YOU and AMERICA to the
world the way YOU want AMERICA to be seen?

     HECK NO!!!

Pepsi threw out The Glove, Avis got rid of OJ, and any other PR firm
would get rid of Clinton in an eye blink for what he did! We elected him
to Represent us to the world! Is this what we want? Is this what we
DESERVE???

On the other hand, what I really, really fear, is another Mr.
Stagflation, elected for his moral superiority as a preacher and a down to
earth farmer. Wonderful attributes, but I rather suspect there was
something missing in that guy's brain! And the economic DAMAGE his
incomprehension of economics and leadership created to the retirees AND
those then bound for college, is INCALCULABLE!!! Mr. Voodoo Economics
Bush didn't help that much either, but he did run quite a little show out
East; and that, more than anything else, resulted in Yazof and co. falling
off their log in drunken stupor. But he didn't finish his show their, nor
help the intended audience grasp the realities of democracy and economics.

> But we don't punish presidents for that, because we essentially hold

> Bush and Reagan would be sharing a jail cell with Ollie North.

Good politicians can not always tell the truth due to national
security, public inertia, and mob psychology reasons. Some handle it with
grace, others just flat our lie, and fumble afterwards.

BUT... the same rules do NOT apply when they lie for personal gain!
Even worse, being in the fishbowl, someone thinking he could pull off that
kind of affair might be considered somewhat deluded. (Yes, I know, JFK,
but Kennedy had a Personality that we needed at the time, Klunkton
doesn't, and has no opponents worthy of such personality, even if he
did!)

My fear is that "Sand man", "Been Loud", and that Q fellow might take
advantage of all this to do things not terribly nice to us. I'd argue
that BL wouldn't have tried his little stunt had it been Reagan who sat in
the office. Then again, who can tell! All those guys just don't get it!

If you would be a Great Leader, if you would get people to hold your
nation, and you, as worthy of Respect in your region, you have to improve
the lives of your people to the point where others want to move TO your
country.

That means economic infrastructure, education, pro-business and
pro-people regulations and taxation, etc. People only work, only invest in
their neighborhood and their nation when they can benefit THEMSELVES!

You can't build wealth out of dirt; not unless you let someone profit
from using it for something like raising crops, or building
semiconductors. To do that, you need some degree of stability that
inspires people to think they can make long term profits, and not have to
fold their tent in the middle of the night to flee the country with what
non-productive reasonably liquid goods they have! If you don't have
stability, you get plenty of shady tent folders all over your nation; and
they invest not in the nation, but in easily liquidatable non-productive
goods. Eventually... if they don't leave; they tend to move into
government and fold your tent with you in it.

I don't know the details of Gingrich's grounds for divorce, (she may
have been a homicidal maniac, or a decent person for all we know...) but
the delivery of the papers to her on her hospital bed just when she needed
the most moral support... REALLY makes him look sleazy to ME! This,
despite my own dealings with what turned out to be a homicidal psychopath.

> limits, or if the door is just being wedged open . . .

It is UP TO US TO ACT! If we sit there on our hands saying nothing,
we will be screwed over and over. It is up to us, the Voters who OWN this
Great Nation, to DEMAND whatever it is that we want our politicians to do.
E-Mail your elected representatives -- the folks who's wages YOU are
paying with your tax dollars, and give them a piece of your mind,
regardless of what that mind is. You don't have to agree with me, my
opinion is not important, buy yours is! Why? Because if ALL of us tell
our representatives what we want, a broad consensus will emerge, and our
elected representatives will be too busy doing what we ask them to do, to
lie, cheat, and steal from us.

It is TIME to END this apathetic WELFARE system for politicians! PUT
THEM TO WORK! TELL THEM WHAT TO DO!!!
