Would anyone who has time please check to see if the nav bar on this page
works OK?

It's supposed to open new non-guestbook-related pages in a full window, but
is being rather cranky about wanting to open them in the nav bar window,
depending upon which browser I use. This is the only frames page in the
site. All others are non-frames and should open in a full window.
What is the proper syntax for the "top" ? Is it target="_top" or
target="top". My browsers seem to have differing opinions about it.
