Nice job, Joop.
Navigation seems clean, but you have 5 items in the left metalic doohicky,
and only 4 on the bottom text navigation. Maybe you should add Lithium
Links to the bottom text nav as well.
Also, after having my DSL down for two days, I've become *very*
appreciative of descriptive alt tags for photos and other non-button items.
Instead of simply saying alt="Directors" or alt="Filling Bags" perhaps you
could explain what it is they're seeing? I.e. alt="Photo of the four
company directors" or alt="Photo of man filling bags with xxxx". I
sometimes put the descriptive alt tags in parentheses or square brackets
{i.e. alt="(photo of cat on scanner)"} so it's a little more obvious that
which items are decorative and which are navigation buttons or image maps.
I really like the torn press clippings image on the Press page, but it
seems to take a while to download -- maybe you could cut it up into 4
pieces or do a lowsrc version so it seems to download faster. Does it need
to be that big (kilobytes)? Maybe if you change it to a GIF and save it out
as just a couple of colors you can shave a bunch of K off it.

No solution, but it's definitely not centered in IE 4.0 on my 15" monitor
running 640x480.
Nice job on the metalic look of the navigation tool -- I can almost feel
the texture.
