In short, a bunch of VPs discussing ways to make products crash if anything but MSDOS is present on the system. MS claims this is old news the DOJ passed on in 1991, but given the legal issues at stake in 91 and what they're discussing now, kinda makes you wonder if this isn't the start of the path that got us where we are today.
