Also, if any of you are looking for jobs as sysadmin then you should
post your resume there. I posted mine and I received many, many
calls from headhunters looking for sysadmins. But I put myself in
the wrong category (intermediate) when I realize I should have been
in a junior position. And when I try to tell this to a headhunter --
well they just really don't understand. But they are looking and
that is a place that many of them look -- or so it seemed because I
got about 20-30 calls over the course of a year (seems lke a lot of
calls to me).
