Testing has concluded on Item #3974-A475(blue dress) submitted internally.
DNA string 99.99999999% positive match with sample swab from Starr Evidence.
Testing was delayed when new samples were needed. Original sample and control
were secured from outside of dress and provided no traceable material for
testing.
New samples were taken with same results.
New samples were again obtained but this time from the inside of the
garment material.
The test results then provided a viable sample for testing.
