If you are looking for a log analyzer for Macintosh, may I recommend
WWWStat4Mac. It's a shareware package available from Redpoint Software in
the UK (http://sodium.ch.man.ac.uk/pages/redpoint.html) The software can
be downloaded from http://sodium.ch.man.ac.uk/pages/WWWStat4Mac.htmlis I believe also
available from Info-Mac. Personally I've found it much
better than Analog.

You might want to investigate the format of the logs you are getting from
the NT Server. NT can produce logs either in the NCSA Log Format used by
most of the universe or in its own proprietary format (which Microsoft
calls standard format - typical Microsoft!) If the log is in the
Microsoft format that might explain the problem you have been having.

It is a simple matter to switch between log formats on the server, but
changes apply to to the whole server - not just individual domains. So
you may find it difficult to persuade the system manager to change format
just for your benefit! Also, as far as I can see, there is no option in
the standard version of NT/IIS to record http-referrer information in the
log which limits what you can do with the log.

I hope this helps
