Does anyone know if the META tags for keywords, title and description will
work in the BODY section of a web page? I have a client whos main page is
generated by PerlShop and it creates the HTML and HEAD sections. If we
manually add that section, the background graphic doesn't show up. So we're
stuck with putting the META tags in the body. Any ideas?
