Jakob Nielsen appears to be having quite an influence on the folks
responsible for our worldwide web strategy and I think you'll see quite
a few changes in our sites in the months to come. For now, check out the
home page, ibm.com, which has just been redesigned. From their you can
link to the PC home page adn their e-commerce site, BuyIBM, which is the
one I was talking about that has just been redone. When I first saw it,
it was huge - 130k total for the index page!
